Come and stay in this superb 100 m2 apartment in the heart of the very chic 16th arrondissement of Paris, 2 steps from the Eiffel Tower, Trocadero, Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysées, Roland Garros, etc... Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, of a modern building overlooking a private and secure cul-de-sac, it consists of a large double living room of 40 m2 with living and dining room, balcony and benefiting from a decoration mixing old, contemporary, ethnic with a unique and warm result.
A beautiful entrance will lead you to the equipped kitchen to the left of the living room dining room and on the right you will access the two bedrooms, two bathrooms and and guest toilets.
The first bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed 160 cm and is located right next to a large bathroom complete with: 2 sinks, a bath/shower, a toilet.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed (or 2 single beds) and also has a bathroom with 1 sink and a bath/shower. Adjoining, you will have a guest toilet, independent.
In the living room, the sofa becomes a bed for 1 person.
We can add a comfortable inflatable bed for one person or a baby cot on demade with supplement.
You will have all the comfort and equipment necessary for a pleasant stay and we will always be present to answer your requests.
We will be on site to welcome you in person and check in with you:
No key box or receptionist like in a hotel.

Arrivals take place between 3pm and 6pm approximately.
If you arrive later, we reserve the right to ask for an extra charge
We offer arrivals between 6pm and 7pm.
For arrivals between
7pm and 8pm:
Extra charge of 35 euros
8pm and 9pm:
Extra 50 euros
Between 9pm and 11pm: 75 euros
Early arrivals: to be studied according to availability, with additional costs on request
