It was a wonderful experience staying in Paris — our very first time in the City of Light. We are truly grateful for your hospitality. The apartment was spacious, beautifully designed and recently renovated. It felt warm and home-like, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The wooden floor and rugs created an extra feeling of coziness. We also really appreciated the small touches that made our stay even nicer: salt and pepper, tea bags, sugar and coffee, shower gel, soap, kitchen towels, dish soap and a sponge — all of these were very thoughtful additions, especially since we didn’t expect them. Having a coffee machine and a toaster was great (although the toaster unfortunately didn’t work). There were plenty of dishes and everything we needed in the kitchen. We even found an umbrella, which turned out to be very useful on a rainy day! All of this made us feel your warmth and care, as if you wanted to make sure we had everything we needed — and even more. Thank you again for a lovely stay. We truly enjoyed both Paris and your apartment.

If we could suggest a few improvements, it would be helpful to have hooks for coats near the entrance; we had to place our jackets on the bench by the mirror. A small shelf inside the shower would also be useful for soap and toiletries. We requested five separate blankets, and they were provided in the wardrobe, but two of them didn’t have duvet covers. However, this did not affect our overall experience — the positives far outweighed the small inconveniences.

Booking process was bad. Right before I checking after landed at Airport they asked for 500$ security deposit and we had to wait to enter because we didn’t pay security deposit. It was never mentioned and not even in website to pay security deposit. So they made the situation for force payment while I was with family for checkin.
