Apartment with a surface area of 105m², located on the 5th floor with elevator, of a luxury building in the 16th arrondissement The apartment is fully equipped: internet connection, heating, television, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle ... Linen is provided and changed once a week: sheets, blankets, towels, pillow cases, bathroom rugs and kitchen towel. We walked in and could not believe how lucky we were. The apartment is beautifully furnished with both contemporary pieces and antiques. The living room has two long sofas that you could use for sleeping. The dining room is set up for 6, the kitchen has everything you could need and more. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms and beautiful architectural details. I was very happy to have been a guest at this apartment.

This apartment is in an excellent location. Metro lines are very close, providing access to all parts of Paris. Shops, groceries, restaurants, and bakeries are all in walking distance. It has lots of space, making it very comfortable. Be aware if you are arriving on the weekend, check in can be awkward. You have to go to a separate place to pick up the keys and access information, which can result in two cab fares. Also, although there are two toilets in the unit, only one can accept solid waste and toilet paper. The other is for pee only. Other than those two issues, we found this place wonderful.
