The location is great - quiet, near pharmacy, grocery stores, and coffee shops, walkable to the Eiffel Tower. The shower is great, the bed and sofa bed are comfortable, and there’s lots of storage for clothing.
there is a washer but it’s not a dryer, and the dishwasher didn’t work.

Super apartment in perfect location.
A nice place to relax and feel comfortable after a long day walking around Paris!
Host was very attentive and answered questions quickly.
Excellent local shops, bakeries, restaurants, cafes etc all more or less on the doorstep.
Eiffel Tower is just a short walk away, over the river.
Metro station just down the street.
We drove over from the UK, and there is a good secure underground parking garage that the host recommended, very close by. Street parking doesn't really work very well for non-French cars.
We looked for ages at different hotels in not such nice areas, and were very pleased that we chose this place instead. Would definitely stay again...
