Welcome to this beautiful, recently renovated apartment, which offers a comfortable and modern living space for your stay in Paris. As soon as you arrive, you’ll be charmed by the apartment’s elegant and functional design, as well as its breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower from the sunny 12-square-meter terrace.
The living room features a comfortable sofa bed and a large TV for your downtime. The spacious bedroom features a cozy king-size bed and another TV for your movie nights. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals at home. The shower room with a toilet is practical and modern, with built-in storage for your belongings.
The terrace/balcony, which is sunny all day long, is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine while admiring the view of the Eiffel Tower. Take advantage of the table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors or the lounge chairs to relax in the sun. With all these amenities and this breathtaking view, you’ll never want to leave this idyllic spot!

Please note: This apartment is rented under a “mobilité” lease. (The rental period must be between 1 and 10 months.)
A “mobility lease” must be signed between the host and the tenant before each arrival.
Please note that the tenant must purchase home insurance for the entire duration of their stay. (We can assist you with this process).
-Lost or Forgotten Keys
Any lost or forgotten keys between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. will incur a fee of 50 euros.
After 8:00 p.m., service is not guaranteed and will be billed at a higher rate.
If a locksmith is required and the traveler is at fault, the traveler will be fully responsible for the costs.

We assume no liability for items left behind in the apartment.
If an item is found and the traveler requests that it be mailed, a fee of 50 euros will be charged, in addition to postage costs.
