I like the owner's (Tom) helpfulness. He was trying to address everything. When we had a need, we could always count on him. He was checking with us every day if we are okay. Once, he was worried we came back late and he texted me if we were okay and needed something. Very good approach.
Some of the appliances were very new and were not connected properly.
Also, the property could do with the ski room.
But these 2 are my only points.

big apartment, easily slept 5, big dining room, nice balconies with mountain view
kitchen was cramped and not very clean, internet did not work the entire time we were there
