Es un sitio que te ofrece una diferente experiencia- no es tradicional-, nosotros escogimos la cabaña Alpina, y cumplió nuestras expectativas. La higiene, limpieza y el esmero en los detalles, así como el desconectarse y ver el amanecer en medio de montañas lo mas llamativo. La atención de David es sobresaliente y asertiva, permitiendo tener claridad y apoyo.
Falta de Claridad por parte de la Plataforma Booking.com sobre el tiempo de realización del primer 50%. de abono. El hospedaje tiene una política clara de pago del 50% en las primeras 24 horas de hecha la reserva, sin embargo en la plataforma Booking .com no se evidencia esa información, y la discrepancia entre una y otra genera mucha confusión. Pido a Booking.com que revise este tema. Por lo demás el hospedaje excelente.

Claudia and David are very lovely people, we had an amazing time with a great tour and amazing home cooked meals. If you find a nice driver in Bogota, it’s totally doable for a nice weekend trip.
It’s simplistic, but we absolutely loved it!
