Location was good, quiet area by the sea, since we wanted that, it turned out to be the perfect location for us.
Balcony doors hard to open and close.

The flat was really close to the sea which we loved. We could walk out of the property and onto the rocky beach - beautiful. A short walk took us to beaches where it was possible to swim. Apartment was well equipped. comfortable and secure. Table tennis was fun and the salt-water pool was gorgeous to swim in.
Power relations with the letting agents 'South Coast Leisure Letting' were skewed. They took R50 off the breakage deposit for a minor dent on a tupperware box but neglected to tell us beforehand that the tennis courts were unusable because the fences had blown down. (tennis courts were one of the main reasons we booked to stay there). Oh and the 'artwork' on the walls was hideous. Better to just have empty walls.

THERE IS NO HOST TO THIS PROPERTY AND NO VALUE FOR MONEY
BEDS ARE UNCONFORTABLE
PILLOWS ARE OLD
ENTIRE UNIT NEEDS TO BE RENOVATED
