Beautiful, sunny, and brand new vacation rental in the heart of southwestern Colorado's peach and wine country.
Blue Door Farm Vacation Rental LLC offers full accommodations for 1 to 6 guests, with sweeping views of the Grand Valley from the high desert to the Grand Mesa. It is a 15 minute drive to downtown Palisade and Grand Junction, and only 5 minutes to one hour's drive to amazing year-round outdoor recreation, including hiking, biking, skiing, agritourism, music festivals and wineries.
Blue Door Farm is a beautiful, fully furnished vacation rental with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, plus living room and kitchen located on 5 acres on Orchard Mesa. We are surrounded by peach and apple orchards, pasture and 360* views of the Grand Mesa, Mount Garfield and the Bookcliffs, and the Colorado National Monument. Guests can walk to 2 wineries and drive to a dozen more within 10 miles between the farm and Palisade, Colorado. Guests can also walk or ride bikes one mile from our driveway to the Colorado Riverfront Trail, which runs several miles east and west along the Colorado River. The Fruit Basket Orchard next door offers boxed and you-pick peaches, cherries, apricots, plums, apples and raspberries in season. It is a short 15-minute drive to downtown Grand Junction, and to downtown Palisade, with many fruit and produce farms along the scenic Fruit and Wine byway. Our property offers peace, privacy and quiet ~ with open pasture, 3 picnic tables plus outdoor chairs in different locations, a scenic pond, a fire pit plus firewood, and room to park your trailers and RVs (no hook-ups). The Vacation Rental is fully furnished, and the kitchen is completely stocked with dishes, silverware, refrigerator, pots and pans, microwave, coffee pot, an induction cooktop, electric skillet, countertop oven, crockpot, blender, and dishwasher.
The vacation rental and the owner's home share the same roof but have separate front doors, private living space, and no connected inside areas.

Serene, beautiful property and neighboring orchard. The hosts thought of everything! Many little extras. Book of activities & restaurants, games, lovely views, great location - rural, but close to both Palisade and Grand Junction. Host was super nice, welcoming, and enjoyable! We would definitely stay here again!

My close friend and I had a girl's get-away and enjoyed the wineries, good conversation, and this wonderful house! We really appreciated all the clear labeling and instructions, and the house is so comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The location is great, and we enjoyed the outdoor seating and views. We will definitely come back here and next time bring our husbands! :-)
