A place you can come to rest and rejuvenate your soul, all surrendered by an exhuberant tropical setting. Relax in its large infinity pool and sweeping 180 degrees ocean view. The pool is surrounded by a gorgeous mirador, plus a large covered terrace where you will admire the stunning views. The upper terrace provides another place to relax and enjoy the ocean view while you listen to soft music, enjoy a cocktail drink or read a book.
The property is 7.700 mts2 (2 acres) and it has a 900 mts2 (9,687 ft2) main house. It offers 4 king bed Bedrooms and 3 Bedrooms with 2 Queen beds in each room. Every bedroom has A/C, en suite bathroom, safebox and private balcony with ocean and pool views. It is the perfect retreat for family reunions, couples vacation, corporate meetings, celebrations, weedings, or a vacation with a group of friends. Villa Preciosa has a sleeping capacity of 24 people.
Our all inclusive plan provides 3 meals per day, snacks and non alcoholic drinks. You can bring your own liquor and the bartender will be happy to prepare you the most delicious cocktails. The house has a chef, a chef assistance, two housekeeper and a bartender who come every morning before breakfast. In advance to your trip to Costa Rica we will review the proposed menu with you in order to customize our client´s preferences, including special dietary needs.

The view is gorgeous, the food was delicious, but what really makes this home an excellent place to stay is the staff (especially Jimmy). The staff are friendly, engaging, hard-working, great with kids, and exceeded our expectations.

We had a fabulous stay at this villa over New Year’s with our family of 14—it was truly the best family vacation. This was our third visit to Costa Rica, and this experience stood out as one of the best.Jimmy, the house manager, took incredible care of us. He went above and beyond—driving us, picking up groceries, and making the most amazing cocktails. We will truly miss him. The cooks were also fantastic, and every meal was outstanding.The house itself was very spacious, easily accommodating all of us, and conveniently located just a 5–10 minute drive to the beach and Father Rooster’s. Carlos arranged an unforgettable all-day boat trip on his boat, which was a highlight of our stay. He was also extremely easy to communicate with and very helpful throughout the planning process.We coordinated airport transfers and an incredible volcanic zip-lining adventure with Ever, which was seamless and so much fun ([email protected]).One note for future guests: during the week of New Year’s, there was no sun on the main pool deck area. If pool sun is important to you, it’s worth checking on. There is a lower deck that gets sun from about 9:00–1:00, which we appreciated.Overall, we highly recommend this villa and can’t wait to come back again!

Amazing!! Highly recommend staying here. I went to Costa Rica for my 60th birthday celebration with my husband and 9 of our friends and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The rooms were spacious, the pool and the view was amazing, and the howler monkeys were entertaining in the trees next to the pool.The owner/host Carlos was always quick to respond with any questions prior to arriving. He checked in often and even went out of his way to pick up a charger when we were desperate for a wireless phone charger, due to an unfortunate water mishap with one of our phones. He helped arrange our airport transportation and gave us guidance when selecting excursions. Jennifer the chef, along with her assistant, made 3 amazing meals and snacks for us each day and they were very accommodating with our dietary restrictions. One of my friends is gluten and dairy free and another is a pescatarian and they accommodated every meal for them.Jimmy, the bartender is incredibly kind. He always had a smile on his face and was quick to make us whatever we wanted to drink and he never disappointed us when we said, "surprise us". When we arrived we were greeted with a welcome drink and snacks.We made so many fond memories and we hope to come back here again someday.
