Our group of 16 (ages 1 to 70) had the most incredible stay at this stunning home in Nosara. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely taken care of thanks to our amazing hosts, Victor and Carmelina. They went above and beyond in every way- it was like having our own personal concierge service! They helped us arrange everything- golf carts, surf lessons, horseback riding, fishing, snorkeling, waterfall hikes, and reservations at some of the best restaurants in town, a personal chef for 3 nights. Their local connections made every experience seamless and unforgettable. The house itself was perfect for our large group. Spacious, beautifully designed, and so comfortable- everyone had their own space, yet it still felt wonderfully connected. The pool was incredible and Victor put mats down around it so our little ones didn't slip. The location couldn't have been better, close to everything but still peaceful and private. We even had the pleasure of meeting Victor in person while he was in town, and he was just as warm and helpful in real life as he had been through messages.We truly can't say enough good things about this property, the hosts and the area. We have already booked for next year and we can't wait! We feel so thankful and grateful for our incredible experience in Nosara. Pura Vida!

We had an incredible stay at this home in Nosara! The house was clean, comfortable, and truly luxurious, with a great mix of high-end finishes and modern amenities. The open layout and outdoor spaces made it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We especially loved the pool, the easy walking distance to the beach and nearby restaurants, and the overall comfort of the property.The amenities were excellent, and having onsite security gave us extra peace of mind throughout our stay. Victor was a responsive and helpful host, offering great local recommendations.Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Nosara!

We had a close group of 14 friends (6 couples and 2 singles) stay for the week in this lovely, modern villa! This place is great for families, friends or even a small corporate retreat with excellent common areas throughout (but only the bedrooms have a/c). The house is located in the heart of South Nosara, in their “Little Italy” pocket (Pura Pizza next door was amazing!) and only a five minute walk to the beach. Some of our group rented a car, but the host graciously allowed us to use their golf cart (seats 8) around town which was really handy. I suggest you fly into Liberia (2 hours away) instead of San Jose (4-5 hours away), if possible. Colones aren’t really necessary and most places take cards. From the first email, the property manager Angela has been fantastic in communicating, coordinating and making us feel extremely comfortable and excited about our choice to stay. Angela coordinated our airport transportation, information for excursions and even had the fridge stocked with beer, wine and snacks when we arrived. She checked in on us throughout the week and when there were very minor issues she addressed them immediately. There is a big kitchen with almost all of the supplies needed to cook group meals including an outdoor grill, blender, food processor, coffee grinder & maker and more. The beds were comfortable (down-free for those allergic), linens were plentiful and a washer and dryer on site allowed us to pack lighter. The Wifi was decent, but the SONOS speaker cut in and out. I suggest bringing a backup Bluetooth speaker. The pool provided a wonderful respite from the heat, even though it was pretty warm itself. Plenty of pool toys and floats provided. Just be sure to towel off the slick floors around the pool. If you are looking to surf, check out the Surf Club. You can trade out board styles whenever you want and they offer a great group rate if you have two or more. They provide rash guards, leashes, showers, bathrooms, ping pong, a juice/smoothie bar and more. Yes it is pricey, but we suggest Villa Nosara to anyone!
