Conveniently located between Rye's front and back beach and a stone throw away from Victoria's top Golf courses.

The living area is fully furnished with large flat screen TV, DVD player, DVD's, board games and large air conditioner,
There are 4 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 : Queen bed with walk in robes and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Two single beds with built in robes.
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with trundle and single bed. Walk in robes.
Bedroom 4. Queen bed, walk in robe.
The laundry has a washing machine and dryer.
The main bathroom has a shower and bath.
The ensuite a shower and toilet.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with brand new appliances and large stove.
Perfectly cushioned between the bay and surf beaches with easy access to your every need.
The Peninsula hot springs are a 5 minute drive as are some amazing golf courses wineries
and family attractions.
Dogs allowed sorry no cats .
No schoolies and no smoking

What a great place to stay thoroughly loved staying at this property, Debbie was a pleasure to deal with, very easy going and friendly. We will stay here again and again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was as advertised plus more. Plenty of board games to play, quiet spot, good deck, rooms a good size and the couch a ripper.
