We were met on time to get our keys. Carine was very informative and explained details about the apartment and the neighborhood. The apartment is in an excellent location; around the corner a big supermarket, Bonpreu, in the corner SOMA great tapas restaurant, and easy walk to a lot of points of interest and in the midst of many restaurants and tapas bars. The kitchen is well equipped and updated. The washer is also a dryer. The bathroom, although small, updated and the shower has great water flow. Perfect location in Barcelona!

The apartment is on the 4th floor (really 5th) and has an elevator. However to get to the elevator there are a series of steps (approx. 10) and then when you get off the elevator there are about 7 steps to get to the apartment. We had no problem, but it is not so readily accessible for those with mobility issues, even though it does have an elevator.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. Gli host sono stati sempre disponibili e cortesi, con comunicazione rapida e precisa. La casa è ampia, luminosa grazie alla doppia esposizione, in uno stabile un po’ datato ma ben tenuto, ordinato e soprattutto molto pulito. La zona è tranquilla e ben servita, con tutto ciò che serve nelle vicinanze, e non è troppo distante dalla Pedrera (circa 10 minuti a piedi), quindi comoda anche per visitare la città. Ottime la cucina, ben attrezzata, e la pulizia generale. Nota davvero apprezzatissima: la presenza del bidet in bagno, raro da trovare all’estero ma per noi praticamente indispensabile. Unico punto negativo: il divano letto. Il materasso è molto scomodo e la struttura risulta instabile e rumorosa; sarebbe davvero da sostituire per rendere il soggiorno perfetto. Nel complesso, soluzione consigliata, soprattutto per chi cerca spazio, tranquillità e una posizione comoda.

Extractor fan in the bathroom should be cleaned, as it gets mouldy. Kettle is a bit rusty.

Spatial flat and great position in the area close to the most atractive central parts of the city.
