It features an open-plan layout combining a contemporary kitchen with a comfortable living area, including a flat-screen TV with Fire Stick for streaming, a cozy sofa, a dining table for up to four guests, and a small street-facing balcony. The fully equipped kitchen includes high-end appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee machine, and microwave. The apartment also offers one double bedroom with a queen-size bed, as well as a thoughtfully designed bathroom with a rainfall shower. Additionally, the unit is equipped with a private washer for added convenience.
IMPORTANT: These tourist-licensed apartments may be booked for a maximum stay of 30 nights. Please note that each guest aged 17 or older is required to pay a tourist tax for the first 7 nights of their stay. Walk the entire Passeig de Gracia or stop to admire the great houses of Catalan modernism: La Pedrera, La Casa Batlló, Casa Lleó Morera and Casa Atmetller, among other buildings.
Getting Around:
Cars can stop briefly just in front of the building.
The nearest metro station is Passeig de Gràcia (L3 & L4, trains), approximately 3–5 minutes walking distance from the apartment.

IMPORTANT: Pending Intervention in Water Pipes
Due to an issue with the water pipes in front of the building, which falls under the responsibility of the Barcelona City Council, water service—normally operating—may occasionally be affected until the issue is fully resolved. As this is not the building’s responsibility, we will do our best to provide advance notice of any potential disruptions to tenants, which we expect to be minimal.
