This is a beautifully appointed property. Tastefully remodled fairly recently. The property funiture and carpets as well as bathroom grout need a good cleaning. The water pressure is horrible,Upon check in the A/C was not working and itt took an entire day to get that corrected.There was a misunderstanding about stairs that the management property missed, landing us with this unit and stairs. The were not able to offer other options on staying. However, I have to stay that the management company employees were wonderful and offered much help during our stay, It is difficult for me to give a 4 star rating, because we loved the unit and view, but there were a few issues that were finally resolved.If you don't mind stairs and low water pressure this is a beautiful place to stay.

Nice lanai with ground floor unit. Clean remodeled kitchen. Ice-maker in refrigerator door worked well. Beds were too soft for our preference. Online listing should have warned about loud coqui frogs singing at night. Also there were no extra plastic garbage bags to line the garbage cans, no extra toilet paper or paper towels and when we asked for these supplies they weren't delivered until the last day of our stay. In the meantime we had to purchase these supplies that should have been included at the unit. For these reasons we would not stay at this unit again

First, having Knutsen & Assoc as the property mgr is a definite plus! They ensure your check-in is flawless, reach out to you periodically to make sure everything is OK, and when the roller shade on the lanai wasn’t working, they sent someone the very next day and got it fixed!It has a beautiful view of the ocean, breakfast, lunch and sunset dinners! We prepare meals at home 95% of the time and the kitchen was so well equipped with everything we could possibly want for cooking and bbq. Lots and lots of beach and bath towels and bed linens. 3 beautiful pools, designated parking, comfy furniture and beds, and Grocery and Drugstore within walking distance. 10 out of 10 !

They must not have carpeting, you can hear every thing they drop, dragging chairs...from the crack of dawn till midnight. Their privacy screen hits the metal railing and the sound reverberates into the unit! Second is the carpet-it is beyond it's life-stained horribly. It SHOULD be replaced or removed! The fan blades and glass globes could use a good cleaning.The beds and linens were excellent. The kitchen could use a few more items to make it nicer (popcorn popper, airfryer). Marathon toilet paper is the worse-spring for a better brand. Garage stations have better.The light above the outside door wasn't working when we arrived-it took a week to get fixed.

Even from before the time we arrived at the property the management company was very responsive and communicated very well with us! The property was exactly as described. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was even things we did not expect like laundry soap and dishwasher detergent. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The condo is very comfortable - it seems the owners have thought of everything, from re-usable shopping bags to storage containers in the kitchen, to a great hose on the lanai to wash off snorkel gear. I spent alot of time on the lanai, looking at the sunset, enjoying meals, rocking in the very comfortable lanai furniture. I also enjoyed the living room - with lovely recliner chairs perfect for reading.The property location is perfect, with an expansive ocean view, a very short drive to the wonderful Keauhou Shopping Center (KTA, Longs, and good Italian, Japanese, Thai, and other restaurants). It is also just a few minutes from my favorite snorkel beach, Kahalu'u Beach Park. The condo was very clean and well maintained, and the manager, Blake, was awesome in terms of customer service. I emailed him a couple of times after hours with non-urgent questions, and he got back to me within minutes!I totally recommend this property, and hope to return in 2023. Mahalo Blake & staff for a most wonderful place to stay.

Condo was very clean with lots of room. Our only negative was the issue with the master bathroom hot water, but Knutson & Associates sent someone out right away and kept us updated on the repairs. It wasn’t resolved while we were there but we figured out how to get hot water (no one could run any water at all while someone was in the master shower). Other than that it was a fantastic stay and hope to stay again in the future.

Although our stay was comfortable, I have to note a few problems. All the dishes needed to be washed prior to use because there were dead bugs and dust in them. The shower in master bedroom was low pressure and freezing cold. Finally, we were told that air conditioning was included in what we had paid at check in, yet we were charged an extra $206. When reaching out about the charge, no answer could be provided, nor could a refund of the $206 charge. For this reason, I dont recommend staying here due to hidden expenses that are charged without warning or consent.

My husband and I loved staying here during the months of January and February, 2022. Great location..right on the beautiful golf course. It was like having a huge front lawn. Sunsets and ocean views from the lanai. The condo itself was well equipped and easy to live in. Two sets of China and silverware, for example. The lanai had electrically controlled sunshades which we really appreciated since we spent so much time there. Comfy beds. Small harbor about 1/2 mile away, and walkable to a local shopping center with a good supermarket.

Both bedrooms were large with comfortable beds. Both bathrooms were large and the kitchen was very big with new appliances. The washer and dryer were new and upscale. The living room was spacious with nice comfy furniture. The lanai was huge and the view across the golf course was calming. The property is located in Keahou making it very easy to access Kona but yet you have more quiet than if you are right in downtown Kona. Magic Sands Beach is a tremendous breach 5 minutes away. The only drawback is the keys. They sometimes worked for the pool and tennis courts and sometimes they didn’t. The house key would work but it wasn’t easy to use. Oh what a mess. Scrap all the keys completely and start over with a new system. Besides that it was very quiet and the condo contributed mightily to a memorable vacation.
