About this villa rental
Available for monthly rentals ONLY October through April. Weekly rentals are accepted off season May through September.
This beautiful, fully furnished villa offers 1250 air conditioned square feet plus a garage for car and golf cart. 2 bedrooms, including a king bed master suite and two full baths. An open floor plan with a kitchen with breakfast bar that overlooks the dining area and living room. High ceilings and loads of natural light add to the airy, yet comfortable feel.
The neighborhood is located on a piece of land completely surrounded by golf courses and the impressive entrance to the Villa community adds a sense of closeness and community for the resident here. Enclosed in a small cluster of beautifully landscaped streets, it’s a perfect setting for a morning walk, which many of the friendly residents take advantage of.
The Villa features a king-sized master bedroom and Wicker Queen bed in the guest bedroom (the Palm Suite). A kitchen breakfast bar as well as table dining for up to 6. A comfortable and inviting living room is laid out for conversation or just watching the new 48” HDTV or a movie on DVD. The enclosed sunroom/lanai is the perfect morning spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or read a book or the newspaper. A large rear private patio adds to the outdoor space that you can enjoy.
Each room is fully furnished and the kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials including a new deluxe Keurig coffeemaker, a blender, toaster, and refrigerator with ice maker. Washer and dryer in the garage.
Private side courtyard and rear yard with outdoor seating and a gas grill.
All bedding and towels are included.
Villa is centrally located to the fun! Only a short golf cart ride to Lake Sumpter Landing Town square and 15 minutes by cart to Brownwood Square with shops, movie theaters, and restaurants as well as nightly music and dancing. A few minutes stroll to the Pennecamp adult pool (a great place to watch the sunset). A few minutes cart ride away are Seabreeze and Lake Miona Regional Recreation Centers, both with sports pools and tennis and pickle ball courts and other centers such as Fish Hawk, St Charles, Poinciana. Allamanda and Hibiscus are close by family pools. Cane Garden Country club is a Championship 27 hole golf course only minutes away and you can reach starter shacks for at least 9 Executive courses all within minutes from your doorstep.
Two(optional) Village resident ID cards can be purchased for $50 but are included for all rental of over 1 month. These entitle you use of Villages amenities, advance tee time scheduling, pools, and resident use of Executive golf courses (and rates for Championship courses).
The Villages is an active adult (55+) community. Younger guests are allowed for a limited time.
Seasonal Rental Rates - in US$ Based on two people. Additional guest rates apply.
Rates include all amenities, trash collection, water, cable/internet and electric. Florida requires a 7% sales and use tax which is not included in the rates. Include use of a gas Yamaha golf cart.
Advanced booking accepted only within 12 months of start date.

We knew a little about The Villages before we booked Mark's place, so we knew it was in a good neighborhood with easy access to almost everything from 466, south to 44. Our intent was to buy a home during our two month rental. This was accomplished on day 10. We stayed in this property for the remainder of our visit just because Mark has thought of everything to make your stay awesome. We found the villa quite facilitating and were able to use most of the amenities including the golf car, the patio, and the gas grill. Supplies were filled for the guests and all the appliances worked like they were new.
We did not meet Mark face-to-face but we did not need to. The remote security access and documentation for
just about any question or concern was most impressive.
I would send family and friends to Mark's place !!
