Great location overlooking Torquay seafront and marina.
An immaculately clean and well presented apartment with a great balcony, all fully equipped with everything you need.....and lots of little surprises! My sister and I loved flicking through the vinyl for an afternoon of tunes on the record player, and who knows when you'll need a reel-to-reel tape deck?
We found games, jigsaw puzzles and even a cubby-hole in the bedroom for kids to watch dvd's (and there's no shortage of choice). There's plenty to do on a rainy day in Devon.
Easy and convenient parking and I challenge anyone to find a better view of the bay.
The only downside, and I know some will enjoy it, but it's quite a steep journey down to the town. We did find an easier route for the last couple of days (left out of the apartment and down the hill to the Promenade) but the disadvantage of being up so high and enjoying the views is that when you've been down to the seafront you've got to get back up those cliffs! I'm partially sighted and have a guide dog - he loves a hike.
Perhaps not ideal for those with more than a moderate mobility issue.

Location; views and parking. Very clean and well equipped, very comfortable bed.
Wi-Fi not great. TV signal very poor, just interference when walked up to patio doors and could not have tv on and patio doors open. Main issue was no hot water for the entire duration of my stay. I advised the owner there was no hot water although I had followed instructions in folder, apparently the ‘boost’ one is advised to press isn’t connected so doesn’t work. After some time changing settings on the actual boiler they advised all was working and left. Took my pup for a walk on the beach, looked forward to a nice hot shower on return … still no hot water.
Had to boil kettle for washing and cold shower to wash hair. Not great.
