About this apartment rental
Wake up to beautiful sunrises and ocean views in this inviting oceanfront condo designed for comfort and convenience. Accommodating up to four guests, this bright coastal retreat features hardwood flooring throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living area with an HD flat-screen TV and DVD player for relaxing after a day at the beach. Start your mornings with your choice of a drip coffee maker or Keurig, then unwind on the balcony with the elevated patio seating while enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean. Perfectly positioned beachfront, this condo offers everything you need for a carefree island getaway.
Roof replacement work on Building B is scheduled to begin November 1 and is expected to last approximately one month. During this time, a portion of the parking lot will be blocked off, and guests may experience construction noise during daytime hours. No construction work is scheduled for weekends. We appreciate your understanding as this necessary improvement is completed.

We’ve stayed here several times over the past few years. As good of a location as you can get on IOP. However, these units are really showing their age and the cleanliness and overall feel is not the best. They’re not nasty but when they’re turned over for next guests, they hit the high spots. Would like to see if/when they actually do a clean, clean, on the units.

Great place and super convenient! There was a moldy/mildew-like smell. Otherwise, everything was as pictured and expected.

Condo was fine for two people but bed is not even a queen. Barely big enough for two adults. Couch was very old and didn’t look very clean. Location is great but two thousand other people agreed.
