About this apartment rental
Start your day with coffee and breathtaking ocean views from the private balcony of this welcoming beachfront condo. Bright and comfortable throughout, the living area offers a relaxing place to unwind after a day on the sand, complete with a TV and DVD player for cozy evenings indoors. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for easy vacation meals, along with both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig that accommodates K-Cups or ground coffee using the included reusable filter. Laminate flooring throughout the main living space and carpet in the bedroom create a comfortable, home-away-from-home atmosphere for your coastal getaway.
Roof replacement work on Building B is scheduled to begin November 1 and is expected to last approximately one month. During this time, a portion of the parking lot will be blocked off, and guests may experience construction noise during daytime hours. No construction work is scheduled for weekends. We appreciate your understanding as this necessary improvement is completed.

Property location and view were worth the stay! Management company was wonderful to work with. The unit itself is in need of some upgrades. For example, the sofa and chair both need to be replaced; uncomfortable due to condition. With some updated furniture and some TLC inside, the unit would be more appealing to renters and worth the money paid. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay.
