Perfect for our little family to enjoy a few days at the beach. This third floor cabin had a great ocean view and was updated with new floors, countertops, and bathroom. We enjoyed our quick trip to IOP.

Clean, freshly updated sitting area and well stocked kitchen. Our favorite part was the unobstructed view from the 3rd floor balcony of the beach. We ate every meal at the high topped table for two and when storms rolled in one afternoon we sat on the balcony in the Adirondack chairs and watched the storm clouds blow away.

There was several issues that I feel need to be addressed. The light switch in the kitchen is in need of repair as the plate is falling off. There was very little glassware and the silverware was horrible. The silverware was falling apart and there was only 2 smaller spoons. There was no measuring cups. The coffee pot only made 4 cups which I guess is okay if you’re not really a coffee drinker however I feel there should be a 12 cup one. The refrigerator was leaking water and the ice maker didn’t work The dishes were not clean so I had to rewash them. The TV in the living room was on wide screen therefore cutting off some of the picture and the remote for the actual TV didn’t work so therefore you couldn’t change the picture size. The closet doors kept coming off the track.
