L appartement est bien situé, facile d’accès, la place de parc est très pratique, et les locaux annex bien prévus. L’appartement en lui même est bien agencé, il est spacieux et confortable, lee deux salle de bain sont un réel avantage, cependant nous avons été déçu par l’équipement électroménager: le frigo est vraiment peu froid et la lumière ne fonctionne pas, et le lave vaisselle fonctionne mais ne lave pas. Et finalement,le chauffage est beaucoup trop élevé et sec même avec les radiateurs off
