Chalet Soleil by Mrs Miggins

Very pleasant and spacious appartement , excellent location

With a little effort on cleaning and amenities it would be even better.

Great location. Only 50metres from shops, lift and ski shop.

The location is perfect being a few minutes walk from the ski lift, shops, swimming pool and centre of the village. The chalet is beautiful with large bedrooms, the beds were very firm. Each bedroom is ensuite with a very large sitting and dining room with kitchen. If you are staying with +6 people some more bowls, mugs and glasses are needed otherwise very good and can accommodate small children. Ski lockers are downstairs with a lift to the apartment on first floor. The village is beautiful, good restaurants and great walks if you have the time to enjoy as well as skiing. The staff were very helpful and assisted with a late checkout alongside recommendations for restaurants etc.

One big disappointment and reason for choosing the chalet was NO hot tub - we were informed that it had not worked for two years! This is a misleading description and the young adults were crest fallen as we could have stayed at another chalet a little further away with hot tub, sauna and gym (not that we needed the gym as we skied every day!). Either repair the hot tub or take it out of the description!!

Location was great, right next to the cable car and all shops! Apartment was well equipped - from raclette, fondue, coffee machine to the games for kids. It looks even better than on the pictures! Mohand was really helpful, he was always there to help with anything we needed! We will definitely stay there again!
