This hotel is recommended if you simply want to relax, ski and slow your clock.

The location was beautiful. The view from the balcony is just too good.

Google GPS made us take a wrong right turn. Remotely located. Driving from the village at the mountain base itself takes about 30 minutes. Location is not worth if you are in Switzerland to visit different places.

Poor

Not possible to park close to the apartment. You had to walk uphill and a lot of stairs where you had to carry your luggage. Terrible pull out bed from a cabinet. not big for 2 people to sleep in. Not like the picture on internet. We had to leave after one day even though we had paid for 2 nights due to the bed

Bedsheets and towels need replacment. There weren't any cleaning materials in the kitchen.

Great location. Easy access to ski slopes. Generally beautiful area.

Beds, beds, beds, the additional beds are not fit for purpose. Everything is old or poorly maintained. There is nowhere for bedding as it uses up all the storage space where you would put your clothes. Electrics very poor, poor lighting, lamps plugged into every socket. The electrics should be replaced with multi sockets and fans replaced. Needs simple things like shelves and hangars behind doors. Particularly for bike /ski helmets, coats etc. Hangars for towels - it’s an apartment for 4 not for 1 ! Basically this is designed for locals bringing everything in their car, no car - probably avoid. Also some residences only accessed via steps.

Friendly and welcoming staff. The appartment is nice et well designed with two balconly. Easy to use the kitchen event if some items are missing. Its quite clean. good heating in the bathroom.

Ernest was a fantastic host! Super helpful and beautiful hikes just on the doorstep. We stayed in Eidelweiss number 7 and it was really nice and the views were spectacular!

Wi-Fi didn't work and using a non-swiss mobile phone was ridiculously expensive! Would be good to have Oats available in the shop in order to make porridge in the morning.
