In the mountainous hinterland of the Adriatic, between Urbino (30 km) and Gubbio (40 km), lies this cozy vacation home at 600 m altitude, in a unique panoramic position. The former rectory dominates with its church from its own hill and allows its residents truly unique views of the mountains (Monte Nerone 1525m, Monte Catria 1700m) and valleys. Here you have a lot of privacy - ideal for families and groups. The renovated house has kept its rural charm; so wooden beams and original tiles provide a warm, cozy atmosphere.

On the first floor you will find the rustic dining room with exit to the covered terrace, a professional kitchen, the living room and WC; the six bedrooms with two bathrooms are on the 1st floor. On the property you can use the private swimming area (erected pool 3 x 6m) with deck chairs, various seating areas, ball games and children's games. Directly from the house you can take wonderful walks; hiking or biking in the nearby natural park of the Furlo, where you can discover wild horses and eagles, or in the mountains!

A special experience is bathing in the torrents that invite you to swim in the narrow valleys in summer (10 km). A day of swimming on the Adriatic coast is also no problem from here; you can reach the sandy beaches near Fano in less than an hour's drive. Other excursion destinations: Fossombrone (20 km), Urbino (30 km), Gubbio (40 km); or a trip to neighboring countries: San Marino 70 km. In Aqualagna you can get everything necessary for your daily needs (12 km). The owner produces and sells you with pleasure his good wine and pure olive oil and is always at the guests' disposal with advice and help. For interested gestures he will gladly open the little church (ideal for singing or making music together). Access via 1 km uphill gravel road.
