The apartment is on the first floor of the house, it is very spacious with 2 bedrooms and 1 dining room with kitchen. Very clean and beautiful! Located in 30 min to drive to Lefkada, 10 min from Preveza center, 10 min from Mitikas and long sand beaches with wonderful view of sunset (by car)

The owner was extremely helpful and insisted I parked the car in her garage to protect it from the sun. There were various supplies so was able to have breakfast at the apartment. Super clean and extremely tidy. Went to the taverna opposite every night and the food was great and cheap. 10 minutes drive from the airport but you can't hear the planes.
Really hard to think of anything negative. If pressed then I would say the loo seat was loose. If you have mobility issues then there are a few stairs up to the first floor. And a dog barked in the middle of the night. So really nothing wrong.

Very nice and helpful host. Near to beautiful beaches and exciting down town of Preveza. To be more flexible I recommendate to rent a bike or scooter.
It was something noisy due to surrounding car traffic.
