About this apartment rental
Our apartment 'Ilse' is in a quiet but central location of Zingst and is lovingly, tastefully and functionally furnished. The apartment is equipped with WiFi, which is of course included in the rental price. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away. From the south-facing balcony you have a wonderful view of the thatched houses of the Zingst spa. The apartment runs over two floors and is spacious. The kitchen has equipment for 4 people + baby, such as a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, kettle and much more. The windows are provided with fly gases, so that you can sleep with the window open even in summer. You can have a barbecue on the south-facing balcony, there are 1 table and 4 chairs with comfortable covers. In front of the house there is a green area for the little ones with a swing and a digging box.

ruhige Lage, alles gut erreichbar. Schöner Schnitt. Schnakengitter sind sehr wertvoll. Mit Parkplatz und Fahrradstellplatz. Alles da was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren 2 Wochen im September in der FEWO. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, etwas abseits und trotzdem erreicht man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß den Bäcker und ein Edeka Laden. Zum Strand ist man auch schnell. Die Wohnung ist modern und es ist alles nötiige vorhanden, das Badezimmer hat uns super gut gefallen, sehr groß und geschmackvoll . Die Matratze war für uns etwas zu weich.
Ich würde diese Wohnung immer wieder nehmen. Nur zu empfehlen.

Recht gute Objektlage, allerdings im 8-Familienhaus "zwischen" Dauermietern. Und davon gibt es 4 Häuser in dieser Straße.
Wohnung müsste zeitnah (auch optisch) auf aktuellen Standard gebracht werden. Insbesondere die zu kurzen, knarrenden und durchgelegenen Betten waren eine Katastrophe! Vom Balkon (Flügeltür klemmt) Blickkontakt zum Balkon der dauerbewohnten Nachbarwohnung!
Fahrräder von Urlaubern sind im Fahrradraum gem. Aushang unerwünscht!
Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Zingst/Darß/Fischland, allerdings nicht in diese Wohnung.
