Wir haben die Ferienwohnung für ein verlängertes Wochenende gemietet und waren sehr von der geschmackvollen hochwertigen Einrichtung angetan. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist umfangreich, genügend Geschirr, Gläser, usw. sind vorhanden. Wir fanden es auch aufmerksam, dass etwas Toilettenpapier, Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffeefilter vor Ort waren. Das Bettwäsche und Handtücher extra gebucht werden können fanden wir auch sehr angenehm.
Die Sauna auf dem Hof wird von mehreren Ferienwohnungen benutzt. Da ergaben sich aufgrund der Corona-Situation natürlich ein paar Einschränkungen/Terminengpässe. Unter "normalen" Umständen läuft das sicherlich unkomplizierter.
Die vorherig berichteten Mängel der Sauberkeit konnten wir grundsätzlich nicht bestätigen. Einzig die Lampe über dem Tisch war staubig. Alles andere würde ich als normale Gebrauchsspuren bewerten. Ist immer die Frage, was man erwartet. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die auseinander rutschenden Matratzen in dem einen Zimmer. Da war vorherig schon der Vorschlag gemacht worden einen Topper anzuschaffen. Das sollte man schon Ernst nehmen, wenn sowas bemängelt wird.
Ansonsten fanden wir es toll. Die Lage ist super und Zingst ist einfach immer erholsam.

Das Reinigungspersonal sollte ausgetauscht werden. Gäste WC (Toilette) war nicht geputzt. Besteckkasten schmuzig inkl. Gläser. Außerdem waren die Gartenmöbel verunreinigt. Sitzkissen der Stühle und Couch waren mit Flecken beschmutzt. Außerdem musste die ganze Wohnung ständig gelüftet werden, wegen Geruchsbelästigung. Vermute aus irgendeinem Abfluss.
