Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, gute Wege zum Wasser und ins Zentrum, sehr sehr ruhige Lage, Größe der Wohnung sehr angenehm, kommen gern wieder, da auch alle Absprachen mit der Ferienhausbetreuung in Pruchten (auf dem Weg liegend) Klasse entspannt liefen ;)

Sehr komfortabel und genügend Platz für einen Strandaufenthalt mit der Familie. 2 Erwachsene, zwei Kinder (davon ein Baby)
Im Badezimmer sind ein paar kleine Reparaturen nötig.

Lage strand- und zentrumsnah. Ruhige Seitenstraße (Oktober). Kontakt zur Verwaltung war gut. Schnelle Reaktion auf Rückfragen, Probleme.
Sauberkeit im Bad muss dringend verbessert werden. Abflussstopfen des Waschbeckens mit schwarzem Belag. Ecken der Schiebetür Duschkabine ebenso. Stühle im Essbereich abgewetzt. Furnier der Küchenschränke löst sich teilweise. Türgriff Kühlschrank notdürftig repariert. Blende unter dem Geschirrspüler hängt schief. Glas eines Bilderrahmens im Schlafzimmer kaputt. Gartenmöbel / Grill nicht sehr ansprechend.
