About this house rental
The 170sqm villa is located in a very quiet but very central part of Moliets et Maa and is only 450m from the beach. Between the garden and the beach there is an idyllic pine forest and the dune. You can easily reach any destination in Moliets (golf, tennis, beach, restaurants, shops, etc.) on foot. free wifi
Outside accommodation:
The house has a large garden with pool and terrace. After a long day, you can relax on one of the 6 loungers by the pool. In the evening you can sit comfortably together and grill in the garden. If it does rain, you can still enjoy your dinner outside at our large garden table (space for 12 people) thanks to the roofing of the terrace.
Living room:
Our dining table can easily accommodate 10 people. Around the living room table there is space for up to 8 people on the sofas and chairs
Bedroom:
The house has 2 floors on which the 5 bedrooms are distributed. On the first floor there are two large double rooms, each with its own bathroom with separate toilet. Both double rooms have a double bed. There are also two bedrooms on the first floor, each with two single beds. These two rooms share a shower and separate toilet. There would be room for a cot in all 4 rooms. In addition, three folding beds can be set up. On the ground floor there is the fifth bedroom with a double bed and its own shower and separate toilet.

We work with a cleaning service to keep the villa in great condition for all guests. A one-time fee of € 150 will be charged for final cleaning. Bed linen / towels can be hired for € 13 per person.

We had a wonderful stay with 2 adult families and 2 dogs. Great location close to beach and restaurants, and direct access to forest, yet very quiet and peaceful.The house is very comfortable with a great pool and plenty of shade...definitely recommend.Only downside was that check in was late as the cleaner had not finished, we were able to use the pool and garden

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief sehr gut und der Kontakt war sehr zuvorkommend! Das Haus war perfekt für den Aufenthalt, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist besonders und der Blick in den Pinienwald einmalig, sogar der Pool war noch beheizt! Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Ce fut un séjour fantastique, une très belle maison malgré quelques problèmes de communication à l'arrivée, c'était vraiment magnifique, des voisins agréables, une piscine fantastique et tout était propre!

Grande maison bien située proche des commerces et de la plage dans un quartier résidentiel très calme.
Belle piscine chauffée, jardin agréable vue sur la pinède, équipement extérieur de qualité.
Bon état général néanmoins certaines prestations sont à revoir pour cette catégorie de location, canapé très inconfortable, vaisselle dépareillée, verres ébréchés, oreillers défoncés, vieilles couvertures en laine, serviettes de toilette de mauvaise qualité et propreté limite par endroit.
Bonne communication avec le gérant.
