About this house rental
Maâ Beach is a villa designed for holidays, spacious and cozy, as pleasant to live between adults with children. On the ground floor, it extends over 220 m² for 6 bedrooms including a dormitory, and 70 m² of covered outdoor spaces on a plot of 1700 m². It benefits from a heated swimming pool and a covered spa, 6 months in the year. It is located in the heart of Maâ, the most authentic district of Moliets-et-Maâ, known for its pine forest and typical Landes houses, an ideal place to discover the south-west of France.
The house is made of wood and meets the latest construction standards in terms of energy saving. For your comfort, the house is fully equipped in terms of appliances, has 4 bathrooms, 3 toilets. It is air conditioned, has a wood stove. It is also accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The house has been designed to promote outdoor living, even in case of rain! Thus, the living room opens with two large windows giving you access to a very large covered area, ideal for lunch, chat or enjoy the evening with friends. You will also enjoy many outdoor facilities such as a petanque, an outdoor ping-pong table, a large sandbox for children, etc.
Regarding the pool, for holidays in peace, you can add, in addition to the rigid curtain of protection, a removable flexible barrier around the pool to prevent access to your children.

- NEW : it's possible to rent only a part of the house (from 1 bedroom)
- Our price includes final cleaning (250 €).
- Sheets and towels are available for 14 people (210 €) and included in your quote.
- The tourist tax of 1,87 € per adult / night - reference trackeet FR9Z2CAH
- A deposit check of 3 000 € will be asked upon your arrival in addition to the deduction of 800 € made by Abritel. The check will not be cashed

Great property in a pleasant area. We were 3 families with 8 children and fitted in perfectly. Kitchen very well equipped. Mezzanine area was great as a chill out room for the kids. Lots of seating areas outside. Neighbours rather highly strung complaining about noise which wasn’t excessive or late in the evening.

We loved the area, so calm and nice. The location of house is the best for beaches and going for other spots nearby.
We had a fantastic time in the house, barbequing, playing bocca and table tennis. The swimmingpool and jacuzzi where also great, 2 times a week it was cleaned. Kitchen is well equipped, and we where tree families with good place in the house. The owner is easy to communicate with and also the agency. We would really recommend renting the house, and we think it was much better than on the pictures.

We based ourselves at this great Villa in a leafy lane very close to Moliets and its beach.
This large villa easily accommodated 7 'hairy legged golfers' and at no point did we ever feel crowded. There is plenty of space both inside and out. The pool and al freco dining area proved to be very popular after our rounds of golf.
The villa is fully equipped to allow you to 'dine in' and the BBQ was put to use. There are plenty of local restaurants too.
This is an ideal Villa for family and friends to stay and the flexible booking arrangement makes this so easy. The beaches are fantastic and the area has plenty for you to see and do (other than golf).
If you're golfing you'll be spoilt for choice with Moliets on your doorstep. Hossegor and Seignosse are accessible in under 30 minutes and the courses around Biarritz in an hour or so.

A very peaceful holiday home, brilliant for a family and close to miles of sandy beaches. The house has great facilities and has been carefully designed inside and out with large communal spaces and cosy bedrooms for children and adults alike. A wonderful place to relax and soak up the southern French sunshine!
