About this villa rental
Book your stay in Villa Dune, its unique location will allow you to enjoy the joys of summer life with family or friends or to recharge your batteries during the quieter seasons.
Once you arrive, no need to take the car, all the shops are within walking distance,
you can join the Vélodyssée and travel miles along the Landes coast or enjoy the walks, jogging, sunsets on the beach.
Located in a cul-de-sac, only 200m from the beach, Villa Dune, built in 2025, has been designed to accommodate up to 12 people.
It has wooded outdoor facilities with a large heated swimming pool to allow you to spend an ideal holiday by the ocean in an exceptional setting with your family, with friends or even colleagues if you come for a seminar.
This villa with a surface area of 160m2 is equipped with reversible air conditioning and free WI-FI which will facilitate your stay whatever the period chosen.
On the first floor, the entrance opens onto the dining room with a huge table, the living room and then the fully equipped kitchen with a very large central island promoting conviviality, adjoining the cellar. A master bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a private shower room and a separate toilet.
Thanks to a custom-made spiral staircase you will access the landing of the first floor which leads to 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom and a separate toilet.
Three bedrooms with a 160x200 bed, opening onto a large open terrace with a view; a bedroom with two bunk beds, i.e. 4 single beds in 90x200.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
The magnificent private outdoor spaces without vis-à-vis have been designed so that you can fully enjoy your stay in complete tranquillity.
The 5x10m private swimming pool is accessible from April to the end of September, secured by a roller shutter.

Free parking for 4 cars right in front of the house.
Possibility to rent a house for 8 people in addition on the same property: search for MAISON DUNE. The reservation of the two houses will give you the possibility of accommodating up to 20 people.
In Moliets beach, the local shops are open from April to September, you can find small mini-markets, caterers, tobacconist, bakery, restaurants, shops.
As well as activities such as surfing, the International Golf between forest and ocean (9 and 18 hole courses), tennis....
Less than 3 km away, in the village, you will find other local shops: supermarket, bakeries, pharmacy, press, butcher, restaurants, tourist office, shops, doctor and activities in or around the village such as Adrenaline Park (tree climbing, paintball), skateboarding, karting, quad biking, water activities, Courant d'Huchet Nature Reserve, horse riding, canoeing...
