Superb location. Close to most attractions & close to transportation.

Place needs a freshen up (painting). Neighbouring rooms from the hallway can hear when they were entering or exiting.

We had an overall comfortable stay at Flinders St Apartments. The location is fantastic, with a tram stop right outside the building and plenty within easy walking distance. Our third floor balcony overlooked AC/DC Lane. Despite the nearby clubs and nightlife, the apartment was surprisingly quiet. The bed was comfortable with nice clean linen, and the bathroom had lovely white fluffy towels. The kitchen was adequate for our needs, The couch was comfortable, although it could benefit from a clean. Check-in and checkout were both very easy, and Denis was pleasant and helpful to deal with throughout the process.

The bathroom really needs a thorough deep clean, particularly behind the vanity basin and in the shower where there was visible mould. The bathroom exhaust fan also wasn’t working, which is most likely contributing to the moisture and mould issue. This was reported to the host. The walls throughout could also do with a good clean or a fresh coat of paint.
