Fully kitted out. View over botanic gardens and MCG area was beautiful from the balcony. MCG 12min walk. Tram stop right outside. 5 min walk to Flinders St Station.
Third bedroom only had a fold out couch. Both showers had rain shower heads, no lower level or hand held. The trains below are quite noisy at all times of the day and night. Road noise also.

Property was the perfect size for the 3 of us. We each had a room to ourselves which was perfect..
The trains going along Flinders Street are really noisy and the bed set up in the office was uncomfortable (not a real bed).

Location is close to sports area & CBD EZY instruction & communication. Clean well presented apartment
Struggle to operate the TV to open the foxtel it asked for a code that we didn’t have & someone has input silly profile names on it, but we didn’t have to much time for TV anyway just logged into my free to air apps. Train noise could be a negative but I’m use to it just white noise to me.

Location was excellent, modern apartment. Comfortable beds.
The WIFI and internet didn’t work for our entire stay. This meant we had no tv for the entire stay. When we contacted the owners regarding this, we had one reply saying they would get someone to help with this, but that was as far as it went. Repeated messages to say it still wasn’t working, had no further reply. Train noise was horrendous through the night. Did not have one night where we weren’t woken up multiple times.
