Amazing location, close to everything including tram stop right outside. Everything on your doorstep.
The place is super comfortable, comfy beds and an array of conveniences such as pantry, bathroom and laundry items available for use.
The property manager is amazing with communication, making our stay absolutely wonderful.
The property is super convenient and amazingly comfortable. Feels very homely.
Given the location being so close to Flinders St Station, you are subjected to the behind the scenes noises of the train station. This can’t be helped by the owner obviously.
The property was great overall. It is due for a deep clean. The place is tidy and absolutely comfy. Just some TLC and elbow grease needed.

Excellent location and the perfect place to explore Melbourne. Fabulous views over the MCG and Fed Square and very convenient to a load of bars and restaurants. Rear access to AC/DC lane is great too. Definitely would stay again!!
As you’d expect, being right in the city there is some noise from trains at Flinders st but nothing ear plugs don’t fix!

The property was in a great location close to shopping and right across the rd from Fed square. Very well stock apartment once we found where things were. The Tim tams were a lovely touch. Terrific communication from the property Manager.
Air conditioning didn’t really work well and the rooms were warm. The door to the ensuite bathroom was also hard to open.
