Excellent location and facilities. The owner is extremely nice and very helpful. He was always available in the morning if we needed anything. Rooms are very spacious, the garden at the back is nice to have breakfast (mind the mosquitos in Summer!).
Unfortunately our room was on the street side and sometimes you could hear noises during the night.

Really clean, good WiFi, and their breakfast is really good. I rented all four rooms, each one of them with its own bathroom. All beds, and amenities were amazing.
The B&B it’s a walking distance from every important place in Pescara, 3-5 minutes from the beach and the Lidos, 10 minutes from good restaurants such as Cose, or La Cucineria, and 10-12 minutes walk from the downtown.
