I enjoyed that the beach was close. The staff were amazing and friendly. Stores, restaurants and the city center and other facilities were nearby. Great that they gave us a bicycle or two. Made hotter days more enjoyable and faster to move. I were amazed by their tall ceilings.
I would have liked to see more varieties in the breakfast, like fruits or vegetables. Since we were in Italy, maybe it's just their tradition to eat sandwiches and sweeter meals in the morning. But we enjoyed the morning breakfast. Go to sit inside and outside in terrace. Note that the air conditioning blows directly on to the bed. So make sure one of you is okay with that, if you don't want to leave the window open. Since some nights were noisy. but nothing too out of the ordinary.

Villa 10 m to the beach, juat cross the street. Almost in the centre.

Only one thing is that because it is quite old beautiful building I think should be more sound isolated.
No one said anything but I am afraid we could disturb with our child another guests.
