Personale gentile ed accogliente, kit di con macchina del caffè, capsule caffè e thè, caramelle e acqua in frigo. Posizione ottima per raggiungere la stazione ed il centro di Pescara.
Il portone d'ingresso non si apriva completamente, il bagno è assolutamente da ridare come anche le finestre. Pulizia del bagno scarsa (specialmente la doccia).
