Posizione ottima, camera bellissima con dei soffitti storici stupendi. Bel balconcino per fare colazione. Che piacevole sorpresa le brioches la mattina portate direttamente alla camera, questi sono dettagli che fanno la differenza!
All'ingresso la scala è poco curata perché stanno facendo dei lavori di ristrutturazione, sicuramente è una situazione momentanea e porterà più avanti un valore aggiunto anche agli appartamenti. L'unico aspetto negativo è la mancanza dell'ascensore che rende inaccessibile l'appartamento alle persone disabili.

Personale davvero disponibile e gentile. La stanza era pulitissima, accogliente e ben fornita di tutto l’occorrente per la colazione inoltre ogni mattina ti vengono consegnati dei cornetti freschi. Zona centralissima e abbastanza tranquilla per poter riposare e raggiungere la spiaggia e il centro della città in pochi minuti a piedi. Pescara è molto bella e soggiornare qui ha reso ancora tutto più piacevole.
L’ingresso nella palazzina è un po’ un cantiere!!
