The place is stunning, beautifully designed and modern. In the centre of kalsa and it’s clean. The host was amazing. More to add? I will always come back here! Ah and Claudio was super helpful.

The owner, Claudio, was wonderful from the start in letting us know all the details including how to self check-in when we knew we'd be arriving late. Grazie mille! The apartment is even nicer than it appears on the photos, and is in the pretty and lively La Kalsa district, which is a short wander from most places. Was spotlessly clean. Very much added to Palermo being the highlight of our trip!

The lady was very kind and welcomed us warmly to the room. The location was right in the center, and we found a convenient paid parking spot close by. There were plenty of great places to eat and drink throughout the day and night, making it an excellent choice for people who enjoy lively areas to hang out.

The room was nice at first glance, but it seemed to be trying too hard without much success. There were too many elements that felt poorly maintained. In my opinion, it would be better to have fewer features but make sure they are done right. For example, guests should be clearly informed that the bed is circular, as it was not very comfortable. The sheets felt old and cheap rather than fresh and inviting, and there were too many pillows and decorative items that looked good in photos but made the room a bit dusty without adding real value. Having two small 27-inch TVs also felt unnecessary. Instead of focusing on appearances, it would be much better to invest in quality essentials like new sheets and towels, which currently felt very worn out. The kettle was unpleasant to use, and the coffee container had not been refilled before my arrival. Overall, I would not recommend this room. With a little effort and attention to detail, it could be much better, which is why staying here ultimately felt like a missed opportunity.
