Super Lage, alles fußläufig erreichbar, mehrere Cafés, Bars, auch ein Supermarkt (Lidl) in der Nähe. Es ist aber nicht laut.
Alles sehr sauber, Check In/out waren einfach, Kommunikation mit dem Host via WhatsApp hat super geklappt.
Die Matratze war ein bisschen zu weich, Ausstattung war gut, einige Sachen haben aber gefehlt (kein Bügeleisen, kein Shampoo oder Duschgel, kein Toaster, kein Ofen). Insgesamt aber trotzdem ziemlich gut ausgestattet (Mikrowelle, genug Handtücher, Haarfön, Kaffeemaschine, Öl/Salz/Kaffekapseln - alles war da)! :)

El departamento es muy lindo, amplio, cómodo. Muy bien decorado. Con un pequeño balcón que le da luz.
El intercambio con Salvatore fue fácil y amable.
Nos permitió realizar el check in antes, algo que agradecimos mucho.
Nos gustó mucho la ubicación. Podes llegar caminado a lo más importante de Palermo. El barrio es muy pintoresco, lleno de barcitos y tiendas de diseño.
Salvatore nos dio la indicación para dejar el auto a unos poco minutos caminando ya que es zona restringida.

Appartamento perfetto a livello logistico, poiché si possono raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse di Palermo a piedi e in poco tempo. Pulito e tenuto tutto in ordine, e Salvatore è stato molto cortese a lasciarci acqua e cialde di caffè per il nostro soggiorno. Purtroppo non siam riusciti ad incontrarlo, ma si è comunque dimostrato molto disponibile nei nostri confronti, e reperibile per ogni evenienza
Unica pecca che segnaliamo è il rimbombo causato da un tombino che si trova all'esterno della casa, provocato dal passaggio delle auto, che può non essere piacevole per chi si riposa nel soggiorno

Apartment is just like the photo, really beautiful and comfortable. Beddings were great.
Location is excellent, in the heart of Palermo.
It would have been an easy 9 or 10/10. But...
There was supposed to be a free parking...
We contacted the owner to confirm if it was a private parking or a free public one and he mentioned that there weren't any reserved spots but that it would be easy to find a (free!) spot around the apartment. Which it was not! It was not easy to find nor was it free! Actually, to even enter and drive in that part of the city, you need some sort of day pass you have to purchase and it is a hassle. The owner did not even explained that himself, we learned from the police itself. So yeah, be aware.
It really did bother us on our stay so I had to drop the grade at a 6.
