About this house rental
Cosy, very comfortable villa "Tulipanes". In the resort 500 m from the centre of de Dënia, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas). Private: beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced) with flowers and trees, swimming pool angular (4 x 8 m, depth 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, arbour, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Stepped path (13 steps) to the house. Parking on the premises, single garage. Supermarket, shopping centre, restaurant, bar 300 m, bus stop 1.8 km, railway station 1.8 km, ferry 3.6 km. Sports harbour 800 m, surf school, sailing school. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the garden, to the swimming pool. Kitchenette (microwave). Shower/WC. Stayed at this lovely villa very Spanish . Very clean well equipped kitchen and lovely outdoor space. Within walking distance of supermarkets, shops and marina. The garage was a bonus as we came on a cycling holiday also good as had a washing machine and tumble dryer. Would definitely return.

Yläkerta talossa hyvä, 2 makuuhuonetta ilmastoinnilla, keittiö asiallinen. Alakerran "asunto" asumiskelvoton, haisi mullalle ja ei ollut ilmastointia.
