We stayed with friends and 4 total kids, ages 9, 9, 7 and 6. We spent a lot of time at the cabin, but also ventured to Pigeon forge or the national park each day. We loved the cabin. Our kids loved playing in the hot tub and on the upper deck. The kitchen had everything we needed, and cookware and utensils were in better shape than what is usually seen in a rental. Location was great. All in all, no complaints!

This cabin is beautiful and easy to get to.The balconies are perfect, great hot tub, everything is set up nicely. Pool table, air hockey, and pac man in basement. No heat in basement game room or bedrooms- you have to keep upstairs door open to get heat- we bought electric blankets for ones staying down there. Internet does not reach to basement. No television on two of the three tvs in basement for two days. Maintenance checked it first day, and cable people came and fixed on second day. Top blankets and pillow shams are not washed between stays- well they leave a note not to take them off the bed and put with other dirty linens and towels. Owner, property manager, and maintenance were all extremely nice and responsive. We loved the cabin besides these minor issues

More than enough space for our group (5) and we all enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean, game room was fun, hot tub relaxing, and the view from the upstairs porch was incredible. Loved seeing the mountains from the cabin, and enjoyed sitting out watching the stars at night.

Our family of 6 enjoyed the cabin, it provided everything we needed and decorated super cute! It was very clean, and being a neat freak I appreciated that! The views aren’t great from the balcony because of the trees, but we didn’t care about that for our purposes of the trip. Also the master bedroom was on the main level, it was upstairs, but it was huge bedroom with a big sitting area overlooking the main level! Was also a short drive to town, so perfect cabin all around!

The check in process was excellent. The management company was great and made sure we got into the cabin. Once we were in, the cabin was dusty, fireplace didnt work and the stove was horrible. The cabin needs to be updated as the beds were hard as a rock. The tub in the lower area had black stuff coming out of the jets. The management company had a cleaner come out and clean but they never dusted as there was still dust on the chandelier in the kitchen and dust up above on the windows. We stayed 3 nights and all of us came home sick.

We stayed here with old friends for our previously normal/annual Thanksgiving and this was a wonderful halfway point to meet up for the two families. The ages at the cabin ran the gamut and was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. Minus having to bring our own roasting pan we actually didn’t need to use any of the additional cooking equipment we brought with us because of how well stocked the kitchen was with cooking implements. The house was tastefully decorated inside for the holidays and impeccably clean with plenty of towels and linens. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time with family and enjoyed the cabin very much. The host was wonderful, kind and communicated well. Check in and out was very easy. The basement was wonderful for downtime. We enjoyed playing games and being together. This would've been a 5 star for me all the way, but had just a few issues. The jacuzzi tub had some lime and scum build up that would come out when you turned on the jets. If it hadn't been used in a while, they may have not realized this, but it was still an issue that made it not usable. Seating was limited throughout the house, and the recliner in the living room very used, but other than that, it was wonderful!!!

After driving 10hrs we arrived to find the cleaning crew still there at check in with about 45min left to finish. The cabin is very well decorated and loved all the antlers. We stayed with 11 people and found there is not much privacy as you can hear the people walking in the 2nd floor from the basement. The cabin is a little further from the local attractons but after finding all the back roads wasnt bad at all. Pool area looks nice but we didn't use. Hot tub was great. Having 4 bathrooms was a huge plus with a large group. We had a small issue and contacted the owner and it was fixed the next day, great comunication. We injoyed our week stay. Pros Was able to sleep 11 no issues View from top deck amazing Nice hot tub Room for everyone one the deck Daughter loved jetted tub Pool table Tvs every where We did get to see a beer last day Great communication Cons No gas grill like in picture (not allowed in subdivision) Could use more utensils Cleaning could have been alittle better Air hockey table was broke

Beautiful home in the Smoky Mountains! Our family gathered for a mini reunion and loved the location. Very close to restaurants and entertainment while still feeling secluded when at the cabin. The house was spotless and offered much entertainment. I would recommend bringing two ply toilet paper if you enjoy this luxury 😉 and also- I got the impression they may not wash the blankets and quilts after every stay. There ARE clean sheets- but if you have someone sensitive about germs you might bring extra blankets. Overall, I highly recommend!

Everything about this process was seamless-from booking to checkout. It was a surprise for our 85-year old mother attended by 5 of her 6 children. She always claims, "I hate the mountains" but she had never ever been to the mountains, only driven through. Two weeks later she is still talking about how awesome it was. The only complaint I would like to register is that the comforters on the bunk beds were quite dusty and probably needs to be washed.

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. The property was in a great location. Close enough to the main road, but far enough away that it was very quiet with a great view of the stars and mountains. The cabin was spacious. We had kids that ranged from age 2 to 9 and some adults. The basement with the pool table and air hockey table kept them quite busy! The hot tub was great. The kids and adults all had a great time relaxing in it. The top balcony was wonderful. Great views and relaxing to sit on. Beds we comfortable. There are TVs in all the rooms except the loft. While you could see the TV downstairs from the loft, having another TV up there where would be nice as there is a couch and chair up there. The TV in the basement did not have anywhere to sit. The TVs are also hung a little high in the bedrooms. The cabin was clean. Just a little dusty under furniture. No bugs other than a few ladybugs, which are common in the area. The property manager was great. She called us ahead of time and gave us a rundown of the property and the area. Very nice, sweet lady. We appreciated the kitchen. It was nicely stocked and had a few spices and plenty of garbage bags and dishwasher detergent. The only thing I could suggest is to have some plastic bowls, plates and cups for kids. The trash is located down the hill. It wasn't a big deal to take it down each day, but it would have been convenient to have a trashcan cage at the cabin, as the other cabins in the neighborhood did. Overall the cabin was wonderful, we will definitely be back again. Thanks for a great weekend of memories!

Our family gathered at the cabin to celebrate Christmas. The cabin was warm and cozy. we were so delighted that the cabin was beautifully decorated. It made our time extra special. There was a small issue with our stay that was out of the owner’s control, and he was great communicating with us. Our whole experience was wonderful.

From the booking to the check-in it was all smooth sailing. The cabin was beautiful. Out of all the cabins we passed to get to this one and on the way out, the parking was by far the best. Plenty of room for 6 vehicles. Four vehicles fit nicely without having to move vehicles around to get out. We are used to staying in Pigeon Forge so during busy times, it is a little far away from where we wanted to go and the roads are narrow and curvy if you want to get to Pigeon Forge the fastest route. But to get back out on the main road it wasn't far out at all. Gathering the trash and having it ready for the cleaning crew isn't bad, it was more of a hassle having to take the trash to the dumpster. The only issue we had with the cleanliness of the cabin is there was a pair of socks on the couch under the throw pillow that wasn't ours as well as under the bed downstairs was someone's shirt and poptart wrappers. I feel with the cleaning fee these things should be gotten. There again the cabin was beautiful and very spacious for 11 people. I would stay again.

Our family has annual get togethers with people coming from OH, IN, NC and SC. The Knoxville / Sevierville area was a nice location with plenty of activities and restaurants readily available. The property was easily accessible, had all the modern conveniences, very clean and comfortable and all 6 of us had our own bed. Plenty of room for family talks (both inside and out), cards, along with supplied billiards and air hockey.

Overall my family and I were very pleased with our stay. The cabin was exactly as described. It was very clean and modestly decorated. Cabin met the needs of 8 adults and 2 kids. The kids loved the game room. The adults enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, and the 3rd floor balcony. The bedrooms were nicely sized and it was nice having a bathroom in each of the bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor. It was an inconvenience not to have a shower in the basement. There are 2 bedrooms located there, and everyone who didn’t want to sit in a tub, had to use someone’s shower upstairs. It if a jetted tub is your thing, then the basement bathroom is just for you. The directions to the cabin were easy to follow. The drive to a main highway is at least 10-15 min away, then another 30-45 min to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Much farther out than I was expecting. However, super close to the new water park. Check in communication was a little confusing at first, but once that cleared up, everything else went very smoothly. No need to call the property manager at all. Note- the basement bedroom’s ceiling fan rattles, perhaps screws needs to be tighten. My family had a wonderful time and were very comfortable - and at the end of the day that made everything worth it!
