Nice place. Good price. Great for a group and kids. The upstairs and downstairs make it easy to have your own space.

30 minutes to pigeon forge attractions. Not disliked but Expected different: a stand alone home based off the description but it was a duplex complex. Outdoor lighting is needed especially on the walkway to the parking lot. At night you can’t see from your car to the edge of the building and the motion light doesn’t stay on long enough to get in your door.
