About this house rental
Spacious holiday home surrounded by nature with a beautiful private pool and various terraces where you can enjoy delicious barbecues and good conversation with friends. The basketball hoop is also great fun for young and old. Despite the quiet location, which ensures your well-deserved rest, you can reach all the necessary services, such as shops, bars, etc. in less than 10 minutes by car. What you should not miss: A visit to the Ciudad de las Artes y de las Ciencias (Valencia City of Arts and Sciences) as well as a trip to La Malvarrosa beach. The pool can be heated for you on request and for a fee from 01 April to 31 October, at least 2 days before arrival. Unfortunately, the house is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Zeer goede ontvangst door dame. Huisje maakt een beetje verwaarloosde indruk. Heel dicht bij autostrade die toch wel veel lawaai maakt. Dit wisten wij niet op voorhand. Heel veel materiaal, kookgerei, dit was prima.

La casa es tal cual aparece en las fotos. El sitio no tiene ninguna ruta para hacer alrededor, necesitas coche para todo. No nos gustó que la encargada de la casa entrara sin avisar pasados 2 días para poner cloro en la piscina, entendemos que cuando se alquila algo eres el dueño durante ese tiempo, no hay libre disposición para entrar. Tampoco nos gustó que nos hayan cobrado 10 euros del depósito para reponer un tablón de un somier que pensamos no hemos roto nosotros (la chica que revisó la casa tampoco estaba segura de que hubieran sido los anteriores, pero bien que nos lo ha cobrado a nosotros). Revisad bien cualquier cosa rota en la casa al entrar y haced fotos ya que hay muchas cosas que están bastante viejas y visto lo visto, igual te lo acaban cobrando a ti. Otra cosa que no nos gustó es que la hora de entrada eran las 16 y la de salida las 10, al final conseguimos entrar a las 15 y salir a las 11 pero igualmente me parecen horas abusivas. Lo mejor de la casa la piscina y el patio exterior (ideal para tener mascotas ya que está todo cerrado), la casa muy cómoda y fresquita pero bastante más pequeña de lo que aparentan las fotos.
