    Nearby haneda airport. Just a few minutes from ootori station. Quite spacious place. Just missing some elevator. So if you bring a lot of big luggage's it would be quite a pain

    The location left much to be desired, with limited shopping options nearby and a view that was far from appealing. My sister and I were locked out for over an hour and wasn't able to complete self check-in, because the facility is self-serve only, and forgot to provide us with the door code. We had to wash our own towels and take out the trash by ourselves, since there was no staff on site. The bed sheet was also dirty, stained, and there were centipedes in the room... While the bathroom was decent and transportation access was convenient, the cleanliness was seriously lacking, and the property manager was unhelpful and wouldn't let us switch rooms when we noticed the stains and hygiene issues. Overall, our experience really impacted the stay. Unfortunately, it didn't provide good value for money considering the shortcomings.
