Suitable for solo single traveler, value for money
Maybe can upgrade on wifi connection, it’s quite slow. Also if they provide a real door that can be locked, rather than just a curtain, that is much much better

It’s a convenient location near Ōtorii Station and close to Haneda Airport . A space private space with desk and chair next to the bed is convenient. Check in was easy. It’s good value for a layover.
The sheets are clean but the shower on the second floor was filthy. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. If you saw this shower you wouldn’t stay there.
