I figured it out later on that I had been supposed to receive "How to use this hotel guide" by email.... but I had not!! (not even in Junk mails). Make a long miserable rainy night story short, I finally could get inside this place and found out this place was super spacious with 5 bedrooms, 1 dining room, kitchen, 3 restrooms and 2 shower rooms!!!
This place is awesome but please make sure that you receive the email from them (from Agoda?) in advance.

The property is so clean and spacious. It has 4 rooms and can comfortably accommodate 8 people. There is a separate room for bath, toilet and dining/kitchen area. The hallway is a fairly sized. It is near Hasunuma station (Ikegami Line), around 5-7 minutes walk. It's one station away from Kamata station where there is a Donki Store! Easy to transfer train stations to Keihin-Tohoku Line if you are going to Shinagawa to connect with other. major train lines in Tokyo. The only thing is you can hear the footsteps along the corridor and on the 2nd floor but not too much of a deal breaker for us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there. We'd love to book the place again once we're back in Tokyo!
