    The experience wasn’t great. We booked four rooms for a five-day stay, but we were surprised to find ourselves in a smoking room without being told beforehand. We asked to switch rooms when we arrived, and we waited almost an hour in the lobby. When we checked in, they said they were still processing the request, but then we realised they hadn’t changed the room and were told they would ‘clean it’. The smell in the rooms wasn’t pleasant. We bought an air freshener, but it didn’t make a difference. We told the receptionist about it, but they just shrugged. We also noticed that the staff didn’t greet guests, not just us, but to other guests as we usually wait for each other in the lobby. The breakfast buffet was filling and they changed some of the food daily. The hotel looked a bit old. There are many other hotels in the area that might be better suited to your needs. I usually give good reviews, but I’m really disappointed with this hotel. 🙁🙁🙁
