    The place offers great value for money with clean rooms and helpful staff. Transport options are convenient, and hot water is reliable, making it easy to get around and stay comfortable. While the location is decent for walking, nearby shopping and amenities are somewhat limited, which might be a drawback for some visitors.

    The location is around 10 minute walk from the kawasaki station. The place is surrounded by restaurants and shopping arcade/ mall. I booked a private room with private bathroom thus towels and yukata (robe) are provided. Otherwise, you have to bring your own or pay rental fee. Cleanliness is not 100%. I saw hair in the bathroom and bread crumbs on the floor. The bed is very damp thus I had to use the comforter as a bedsheet. Windows are sealed so you cannot open it to have fresh air circulating inside the room. Aircon is on top of the bed thus the airflow goes straight to your head which may cause headache. Microwaves, electric kettle and laundry are provided in the basement but the cleanliness really depends on the last guests who used it.

    Incredible value for a single room, very comfortable. The staff was very kind as well. Clean facilities. I was touted for a massage like 3 times on my way back to the hotel one evening, so keep in mind the area is a little seedy, but I never felt in danger or anything. I'd stay here again for sure though.

    I was assigned an upper capsule pod on the second floor. I immediately noticed the window and curtain behind the pillow, which is something you definitely don't want to see. In Japan, the sun rises at about 4:30am in the morning. With this information, I asked the staff for a lower bunk bed. They did their best to find something available but unfortunately couldn't find any empty bed even though I personally saw many. Maybe they had not checked in yet, I wondered, but then again, if beds are assigned at random why couldn't I switch? Regardless, I was thankful for them trying to accommodate me. The manager looking guy even made the comment that there were no gaps in the curtain and I wouldn't be disturb. I trusted him. I was awoken at 4:30 by a bright light that made turning any light in the capsule unnecessary. I literally could read a paper book with everything closed off. When I left the room, the same empty lower beds from the night before were still empty.
