Haneda Artistic House

I liked how convenient the location was as it’s near the airport.

I didn’t like the lack of amenities such as towels. The curtains were also not the best for privacy.

A small shared kitchen. The heated toilet seat. Relative proximity to the airport (although the fare was 3100 yen). Quiet while the trains weren't running. A convenience store with coffee machine just down the road.

Upon being dropped off from a taxi at 10:30 PM, I wondered if I was in the wrong place and would be sleeping in the gutter. There was a banner (backwards) and a small sign saying "Guest House Haneda Airport" but no reference to "Haneda Artistic House". I could not see the key box. It was only when I stepped onto the property and turned around fully that I recognised the key box, matching the only photo supplied. I had asked for clarification about the key box before my stay but received it after I had left Japan. Here it is from me: "crouch down, light up your phone if at night, enter the code provided. Open the flap and pull out the key, which is attached by a chain to the box and reaches the lock of the front door. Leave it the way you found it after opening the door." I wish the management had provided me this sort of explanation.

Close to airport, cosy, great amenities , lovely little place. Recommend for sure

Perhaps small? But this is typical of all places in Japan. So not the properties fault at all,
